Restaurant Il Casale La Foce, surrounded by the lush greenery of the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, was born thanks to the restoration of an old farmhouse. The restaurant has two large spaces: the indoor dining room with a lovely fireplace and an outdoor veranda.
The indoor dining room and the outdoor space are perfectly equipped to accommodate big groups and weddings banquets, private parties, anniversaries and groups in general.

The menu, based on the typical recipes of our family and on the unmistakable flavors of local products, is a true gastronomic journey into the the “Trebana and Ciociara” culinary history and tradition.
We select our ingredients from the best manufacturers of the area, and everything is cooked carefully and thoroughly: that’s why our food is always tasty and genuine.
All our first courses are prepared with fresh homemade pasta, with wholemeal flour, fresh eggs and pure water: the pappardelle with wild boar ragu, strozzapreti and tonnarelli with mushrooms and sausages, fettuccini with herring sauce, patacche with tomato, gnocchi with castrato ragu, polenta with broccoli.
Our meat dishes have the taste of “Ciociaria and Lazio” culture: cacciatora rabbit or lamb, rind-rolls with ham, parsley and chilli, roman-style tripe, coratella and snails. Do not miss our second courses made with best beef, sheep and goat meats coming straight from the farms of the upper Aniene River Valley.
Last but not least the “Trebana and Ciociara” traditional homemade desserts, with our special jams prepared with local fruits, like our special forest berries.
